NEEBOR is a cooperation network that aims to improve visibility of eastern border districts of the EU and to develop cooperation between actors of the area. The network operates in the spirit of good neighbourhood relations and its main object is to carry out regional politics that is efficient and based on solidarity. NEEBOR also wants to increase the EU institutions’, regional authorities’ and local authorities’ consciousness of challenges and possibilities that these border districts have.
